TERMINAL HOLIDAY 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

In celebration of the Christmas and New Year holiday season, please note the following schedule:

Vessel Operations:

• Christmas Period: Operations will cease on December 25th at 0800 and resume on December 26th at 0800.
• New Year Period: Operations will cease on December 31st at 2000 and resume on January 1st at 1300.

      Vessel Operations on  Dec 26th and Jan 1st as gazette Public Holiday will be automatically charged of Public Holiday Shift Fee

Receiving and Deliveries:

• Gates will be closed for receiving and delivery from December 25th to Dec 26th and will resume on December 27th at 0800.
• Gates will be closed for receiving and delivery from December 31st at 2000 and will resume on January 1st at 1300.

      Please note that December 26th and January 1st are gazette Public Holidays. If you wish to receive or deliver on these dates, please file your OT requests by December 24th at 12 noon and December 31st at 12 noon, respectively.

Billing Office:

• The Billing Office will be closed on December 25th, 26th and January 1st.
• Normal billing hours will resume on December 27th and January 2nd.

Please ensure any OT applications are submitted by December 24th at 12 noon and December 31st at 12 noon.
