Dear Valued Clients,

Sept 15th is a public holiday for PNG in celebration of Independence Day.

Therefore, below will be observed:

•  Vessel Operations:

          Operations per berthing line-up as normal and overtime penalty will be applied as
          per Public Tariff.

•  Receiving and Deliveries:

          Gates will be closed but port users/clients who wish to receive/deliver containers
          on the 15th (Friday) can apply on the 14th (Thursday) of September, not later than
          2pm

•  Billing Office:

          Billing Office will be closed but port users/clients who wish to transact business on
          the on the 15th (Friday) can apply on the 14th (Thursday) of September, not later than 2pm

Normal Business Hours will resume on the 16th of Sept for Receival and Deliveries
Billing Office will operate as per usual between 0800 - 1200 on Saturday, 16th of
September

Terminal Management has full control to Approve/Decline over time based on the
availability of resources/manpower.
