TERMINAL ADVISORY 2024 |
Dear Valued Clients,
We wish to inform you that June 17th has been declared a public holiday in Honor of the King’s Birthday. Consequently, the following operational adjustments will be implemented:
Vessel Operations:
Operations will continue as per the established berthing line-up. Please note that overtime penalties, as stipulated in the Public Tariff, will apply.
Receiving and Deliveries:
While the gates will be closed, clients who wish to receive or deliver containers on June 17th may submit their applications by 2pm on June 14th.
Please ensure timely submission as late overtime (OT) applications will not be accommodated.
Billing Office:
The office will remain closed. For any transactions scheduled for June 17th, please submit your applications by 2pm on June 14th.
Late OT applications will not be entertained.
Normal business operations will resume on June 18th.
Kindly note that the Terminal Management reserves the right to approve or decline overtime requests based on the availability of resources and manpower. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
