TERMINAL ADVISORY 2025 |
Dear Valued Clients,
In honour of National Remembrance Day for the Late Former Prime Minister, Grand Chief Rt. Hon. Sir Michael Thomas Somare on February 26 (Wednesday), please be advised of the following schedule:
- Vessel Operations: Proceeding per the berthing lineup. Overtime penalties apply as per the public tariff.
- Receiving and Deliveries: Gates will be closed. Clients must submit OT applications on or before 2 PM on Feb 25 for transactions on Feb 26. Late applications will not be processed.
- Billing Office : Closed. Clients must submit OT applications on or before 2 PM on Feb 25 for transactions on Feb 26. Late applications will not be processed.
- Resumption of Operations: Normal operations resume on Feb 27 (Thursday).
ICTSI South Pacific management reserves the right to approve or decline overtime requests based on resource and manpower availability.
