TERMINAL ADVISORY 2025 |
Dear Valued Clients,
In observance of the upcoming Easter Long Weekend, we would like to inform you of the terminal’s operating schedules and port closure period.
Please take note of the following details:
1. Closure Period:
- Terminal will be closed on Good Friday, 18th of April from 08:00 until Saturday, 19th of April at 08:00am.
- This closure follows the normal practice in the country.
2. Public Holidays:
- From the 19th to the 21st of April, all days are declared Public Holidays.
- During this period, the following arrangements apply:
Vessel Operations:
Vessel operations will cease from Good Friday, 18th of April from 08:00am and resume on Saturday, 19th of April at 08:00am
Receiving and Delivery:
Receiving and delivery services will be closed on Good Friday, 18th of April from 08:00 am and open on Saturday, 19th of April at 08:00 am. However, clients who need to receive or deliver containers for the period from the 19th to the 21st of April can request overtime services. Payment for overtime charges should be arranged by 12:00pm on the 17th of April 2025.
Billing Office:
The billing office will be closed. But for clients who require billing services during the public holiday can file for overtime from the 18th of April to the 21st of April. Payment for overtime charges should be arranged by 12:00pm on the 17th of April 2025.
3. Regular business hours:
- Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, 22nd of April 2025 from 08:00 am.
Management will exercise discretion in approving or declining overtime requests based on resource availability and manpower.
