Planned N4 System Patching – Impact to Billing and Gate Services

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be advised that scheduled maintenance and patching of the Navis N4 system will be conducted on e be advised that Sep 14 from 1200-1300.

During the maintenance window, the following services may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent disruptions:

• Billing transactions and payment processing
• Import and export gate transactions
• Container release and receival processing.
• Customer access to N4-related services.

Customers are encouraged to plan their transactions accordingly and complete any urgent activities prior to the commencement of the maintenance period

Normal operations will resume immediately upon successful completion of the patching activities. We will provide a further update should there be any changes to the schedule.
