Notice of Public Holiday – June 17th, 2025, In Honor of His Majesty the King’s Birthday

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be advised that Tuesday, June 17th, 2025, has been officially declared a public holiday in celebration of His Majesty the King’s Birthday. As such, the following operational arrangements will be in effect:

Vessel Operations: 

• Vessel operations will proceed according to the scheduled berthing line-up.

• Please note that overtime charges, as outlined in the Public Tariff, will apply for any work conducted on this day.

Receiving and Deliveries: 

• The terminal gates will be closed on June 17th. 

• Clients who wish to receive or deliver containers on this day must submit their overtime (OT) applications by 2:00 PM on Monday, June 16th.

• Late applications will not be accepted.

Billing Office: 

• The billing office will be closed on June 17th.  

• For any transactions requiring processing on this date, please ensure your applications are submitted by 2:00 PM on Monday, June 16th.

• Late submissions will not be entertained.

Resumption of Operations: 

• Normal business operations will resume on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025.

Please note that Terminal Management reserves the right to approve or decline OT requests based on resource and manpower availability. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
