Immediate Implementation of New Truck Inspection Area

Dear Trucking Partners,

To strengthen compliance with our Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) and improve overall safety and operational efficiency, we are implementing a new procedure for all trucks entering and exiting our facility.

Effective immediately: 

• All trucks will undergo mandatory inspection at the newly designated Inspection Area located adjacent to the Guard Station (see attached map).
• Inspections will verify compliance with terminal requirements, including but not limited to:

• Functional blinkers and lights
• Secure twists locks
• General roadworthiness

Important: 

Trucks failing to meet these requirements will not be permitted entry into the terminal. Any trucks that fail to comply will be asked to turn around and exit via Lane 1.

We kindly request your cooperation in:

1. Disseminating this advisory to all drivers and relevant personnel immediately.
2. Ensuring trucks arrive in full compliance to avoid delays or denial of entry.
