Official Advisory from Motukea International Terminal

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be advised that Friday, 08th January 2021 is declared as a Public Holiday in Respect of late former Prime Minister Honorable Sir. Mekere Morauta. As such,

• Vessel Operations : Continue as normal in line with the MITL berthing schedule. Subject to public holiday shift fee as per tariff book.
• Receiving and Delivery : Close but port users/clients who wish to receive/deliver containers can file for overtime 24 hours prior to Friday 08th Jan 2021 and arrange payment on or before 1500H/07th Jan 2021.
• Billing Office : Close but port users/clients who wish to transact business with our Billing Team on the holiday can file for overtime 24 hours prior to Friday 08th Jan 2021 and arrange payment on or before 1500H/07th Jan 2021.

Regular business hours will resume on Saturday 09th January 2021 from 08:00am.

MIT Management has full control to Approve/Decline OT based on the availability of resources/manpower.
