NATIONAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY – REPENTANCE DAY: OPERATIONS & BILLING SCHEDULE
South Pacific International Container Terminal (SPICT) wishes to advise all our valued clients, Stakeholders and Port Users of our terminal and administrative operation schedule for the coming National Repentance Public Holiday.
Kindly be advised that Monday, 27th August 2018 is a Public Holiday marking the National Repentance Day which falls on Sunday, 26th August 2018 as gazette.
- For Vessel Operations;
- Operations per ship berthing call
- Overtime penalty applies as per Tariff
- For R&D;
- Closed but clients can lodge overtime applications and accept overtime cost
- Overtime applications must be lodged, and charges settled 48 hours prior to Monday 27th August 2018
- For Billing;
- Closed but clients can lodge overtime applications and accept overtime cost.
- Overtime applications must be lodged, and charges settled 48 hours prior to Monday 27th August 2018;
